At this time and until further notice, we no longer ship internationally with the EXCEPTION of APO/military bases.

Domestic Returns:

Return info: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return the product(s) to us within 15 days and we will gladly refund your purchase price. We can only accept international returns from the US and Canada. Provided that the items are returned unopened, unused, and without significant damage to the item or the packaging, we will provide a refund on the purchase price of the item. We cannot offer a refund on the shipping costs, however.

International Returns:

We can only accept international returns for the Sugarwater Brand products, and those we will grant a full refund of your purchase price only, provided that the items are returned within 15 days, unopened and without significant damage to the item or the packaging. Shipping back to us is the responsibility of the buyer.
